How do I sign up for WebExercises Academy?

You may sign up for courses On-Demand or Subscribe to 50+ hours of courses at one low price. To sign up for a subscription choose a course and select “Subscription Plan” from Course Enrollment drop down menu.

How do I verify that a course is accredited for my state and profession?

You can view CEU APPROVALS listed within the course lesson plan.

How do I switch a NON CE course to a CE course?

Simply switch the filter on top of the home page to CE course. If you have purchased a course and want to upgrade to a CE course purchase the course again and you will only pay the upgrade fee. This does not apply to subscriptions. This only applies for the duration of the course available to you. Once the purchase has expired the entire course has to be purchased again.

How long do I have access to a course I purchased?

Course access length is different per course and access is displayed before you purchase a course. As a general rule all Academy Courses are available for 1 year. Subscription Academy courses are available in your account for as long as you have a valid subscription. Courses from affiliates are available as determined by the instructor.

Can I re-watch course that I purchased?

You can re-watch a course as long as the access has not expired.

How do I get my certificate for CE?

At the end of the course after successfully passing the quiz a CE Certificate is issued. The certificate can be printed or will remain in your account.

What is the difference between purchase options?

On demand courses do not require a subscription and you can purchase individual courses for continuing education if desired. 

CE and NON-CE Subscription allows unlimited course access for CE credits including NON-CE education courses and videos.

NON-CE subscription option gives you access to all academy courses at one low price.  

How do I sign up for a Subscription?

You can sign up for a subscription when you select a course. All Academy courses will be loaded into your account. Courses from Premium Affiliate instructors do not qualify for subscription.

Where can I find the courses available under my subscription?

Once you purchase a subscription all the available courses will display in your account dashboard. You can also view the subscription courses on our home page by using the appropriate filters.

Can I view and print my certificates at any time?

Yes, you may access your certificates at any time by logging into your account. If a course has expired, you will still have access to your certificate for previously completed courses.

How much time do I have to access the course once I purchase it?

If you purchased a subscription you have up to one year to access the course. 

On Demand courses can be accessed between 30 days and 6 months depending on the course.

When will my WebExercises Academy Subscription renew?

Your Subscription is for one year, it will auto-renew on the date of purchase

If I cancel my subscription, do I receive a refund?

Refunds for your subscription must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will ONLY be provided if NO course certificates have been issued, either for CE or Non-CE courses.
