REAL Movement Foundations: An In-Depth Course Sharing the Key Principles that Guide My Clinical Practice. All in all, I hope you can then take these concepts and apply them to YOUR practice to help your patients/clients achieve REAL movement so they can achieve their health, wellness, and performance goals!

Objectives:

  • Discuss pain and the connection to the brain and muscles
  • Differentiate between a weak muscle and inhibited muscle and the role of the nervous system
  • Discuss the role of fascia and facial highways or connections
  • Describe the 3-D JOINT MOTION and different planes of movement
