Lesson Plan

More than 6 million knee injuries occur every year in the U.S. making the knee the most commonly injured joint in the body. While some knee injuries and pain are a result of impact trauma, most are non-contact. Non-contact injuries can be prevented or at least the number of incidents reduced with proper training. This webinar will introduce common movement impairments related to non-contact knee injuries and address corrective exercise strategies designed to prevent and reduce the prevalence.

Learn easy practical solutions for patients and clients:

  • Discuss why the knee is the most commonly injured joint
  • Describe corrective exercise and continuum
  • Discuss how to use movement assessments that are key to identifying risk factors
  • Demonstrate corrective exercises for the knee and hip
