Shoulder impingement can range from annoying to disabling, depending on the severity of the dysfunction and activities of the person affected. Traditionally, most people point to the rotator cuff as the prime culprit for impingement pain. We will present a number of other problems and dysfunction that often exist throughout the kinetic chain that ultimately lead to generalized shoulder pain. In this program we will discuss how shoulder impingement typically presents, the underlying causes of impingement pain and a variety of exercises and interventions to get rid of it for good.

  • Look at the various parts of the body that are seemingly unrelated that tend to contribute to shoulder dysfunction and pain
