Course Instructor

Mike Ploski, PT Mike Ploski, PT

Mike Ploski, PT, ATC, OCS - Mike received a bachelor of arts degree in chemistry from Wabash College in 1984 and a master of education degree with a major in exercise physiology from Temple University in 1986. He also received a master of science degree from the Krannert School of Physical Therapy at the University of Indianapolis in 1988. He has been a certified athletic trainer since 1985 and board certified in orthopedics since 1998. Mike maintains a clinical practice at Body One Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation in Indianapolis, IN. He is the Director of Strategic Planning for Graston Technique, as well as the senior member of the Graston Technique Instructional team. He has traveled with the PGA Tour as part of their on-site Medical Team, as well as with the CART Auto Racing league. He began using instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization in his clinical practice in 1996, and continues to rely on it heavily in his daily practice.
