Lesson Plan

Regardless of how great a player is or the talent level of a team, injuries can be debilitating, making winning almost impossible. By blending traditional strength and conditioning practices with high neurological load rehabilitation philosophies and ground breaking taping techniques, clinicians and coaches can provide a highly effective approach to preventing on the court injuries for their athletes. In this webinar, we will explore common sense, simple techniques to keep your athletes safe, healthy and performing at their best.

Learn easy practical solutions for patients and clients:

  • Identify injuries that commonly affect football players.
  • Prescribe appropriate corrective exercises to prevent these common injuries.
  • Apply kinesiology tape to augment corrective strategies and improve performance.
