This course will provide you with philosophy and methodology we use to progress clients. The approach focuses on using movement and conditioning to develop maximal healing and performance in individuals. We will demonstrate assessment strategies to determine the nature and stage of the clients function, from low level mobility to high levels of performance. You will learn new, innovative ways to treat and train clients and to progress them from the treatment table to functional movement.
- Describe evaluation strategies to determine the stage of the condition, so we can properly place them on the movement continuum for appropriate intervention.
- Recognize the rehab continuum for pain, mobility conditions – what to do and when to do it.
- Identify exercise progressions that work and transfer from basic to high levels of performance.
