Burt Satcher’s civil litigation practice includes experience in professional liability, general personal liability, premises liability, trucking litigation, and products liability. Mr. Satcher began his Georgia statewide practice in 1985 and is admitted to all state trial and appellate courts, as well as federal courts. Mr. Satcher has been extensively involved in the representation of a wide variety of healthcare providers as well as the defense of general and product liability cases throughout his thirty-five years of practice. Burt is a seasoned litigator, who has tried cases throughout the state of Georgia, from the metro Atlanta area to Augusta and Statesboro, where his family goes back generations. Mr. Satcher has also handled numerous appeals and has affected changes in Georgia law through several significant cases throughout his career.
