This course details the successful outcome of a patient suffering from chronic pain and impairments following C4-C7 surgical fusion. The patient was treated with CBP technique methods for the correction of a severe lateral head translation.
CBP NP #16 AP Cervical-Lateral Head Translation Clinical Trial
The attendee will learn the uniqueness and clinical application of a non-randomized clinical control study design. Information regarding the prevalence and significance of posture abnormalities of the cervical spine will be presented relative to a chronic neck pain population. Methods to correct lateral head translation posture will be explored as well as their effect on chronic neck pain intensity. The natural history of chronic neck pain will be understood in control participants receiving no care.
CBP NP #18 AP Cervical-Lateral Head Translation Clinical Trial
This course details the only non-randomized clinical control trial detailing a type of cervical extension curve traction known as ‘compression extension 2-way cervical traction’. Its application and effect are discussed.
